At Louis n' Friends, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible — because we know you (and your pup) can't wait! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For all other international destinations, we offer shipping on a case-by-case basis — just reach out to us directly before placing your order and we'll do our best to get Louis n' Friends products to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from our location in Miami Gardens, Florida. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait!
Domestic Shipping — United States
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times once your order has been processed and shipped are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs and available delivery speeds will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada Shipping
We're happy to ship to our neighbors up north! Estimated delivery times to Canada are typically 7–14 business days after processing. Please note that international shipping fees, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are outside of our control.
International Shipping
We love our global community of Louis n' Friends fans! While we don't yet offer automatic international shipping outside of the US and Canada through our website, we are happy to arrange international orders on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us directly with your location and the items you're interested in, and we'll get back to you with shipping options and costs. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations specific to your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to make it right, because your satisfaction is everything to us.
